Protein packed and damn tasty.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp tahini
2 tsp spirulina powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pep to taste
water
Directions:
whisk everything in a small bowl until smooth. If too thick, thin out with water by the tsp until desired consistency. I like mine the consistency of ranch. Yumtown.
Use it to make boring ass lettuce taste good. Or dunk some veggies in it. Or put it on a sammich. Or put it on pasta salad.
Vicious Variations:
Spirulina is what gives it that killer green hue, but it doesn't taste like anything so really you could add any "superfood" powder that you like. Acai powder will turn it a dark purple and give you antioxidants which are good for your butt.
